Here are my suggestions for potential ARAM balanace changes

That is, if Riot decides to actually take care of the real problem, which is champion and rune balance, instead of more useless starting items

Here are my suggestions, ( with the primary goal being to Overthrow the infinite mana mage poke spam monarchy and help melee champions, mostly fighters and tanks to be more viable)

Champions: Universal: Melee champions gain 20 Armor, 20 MR, 100% bonus base health regen. (there is currently not even a contest between ranged vs melee with the power of poke.) Anivia: Nerf W range and reduce Passive cooldown( she is almost always dead anyway while being an egg so at least make it proc more often ) Fiddlesticks: Nerf E, either damage or the number of bounces. Garen: Fighting for farm is hard enough and not fun, make W passive stacking easier. Ivern & Shyvana: Give an actual passive. Janna: Remove Q interaction with minions ( no more 24/7 wave clear knockup spam ) Kai'sa: Reduce the Evolved W cooldown refund from 50% to 25%. Kayn: Make passive stacking easier Lissandra: Nerf passive AOE range Maokai: Nerf E bush damage ( a single champion shouldn't invalidate bushes for the entire enemy team ) Rek'sai: Compensate somehow for her tunnels and Tremor Sense's uselessness. Shen: Reduce R cooldown (this is already ridiculous at summoner's rift). Yorick: Give his W 4 max health points at rank 1 (this isn't a 1v1 laning phase). Zacc: Reduce passive cooldown (same reason as Anivia) Ziggs: Remove W interaction with towers Meme Champions: Udyr and Ryze need some kind of a buff, im not sure what

Runes Conqueror: Reduce in combat time from 4 to 3 Presence of Mind: Reduce Ultimate cooldown refund to 5% from 10% and mana refund to 10% from 20% Dark Harvest: Remove this garbage from the game. Manaflow band: change the 1% missing mana regen per 5 to per 10 Grasp of the Undying: Reduce in combat time from 4 to 3, double the amount of max health gain to 10 from 5 Demolish: Make unavailable. towers are already a joke, so why make it easier to destroy them? especially the bullshit 1st tower instantly after the first teamfight win. Conditioning: Lower the wait time from 10 minutes to 5 Magical Footwear: Lower the wait time from 10 to 8 Perfect timing: Lower the wait time from 10 to 8

Items item 3285 Direct damage nerf. this item is extremely overpowered and is the best first item built on every single mage in the game except Ryze . item 3083 : Increase threshhold to 3500, so certain champions can't make use of this as a second item. with poke(item 3285 ) nerfed a little and less spam thanks to Presence of Mind nerfs, tanky champions can hold on a little more before purchasing warmog's. item 3102 Reduce shield cooldown from 40 sec to 25.

one last potential change that im not sure about. Veigar: Shrink Event Horizon (E) size. why? i think this ability is too good in this game mode, besides being a death sentence for everyone caught inside, this ability is too large for a complete mobility shutdown and a very long aoe stun for it covers half the lane, half of the entire playable area.
