Are you gonna slap another useless band aid on the mode like the shitty starting items and more champion pools that have done nothing to reduce the amount of aram accounts OR treat the real problem with the game mode and focus on champion and rune balancing? Because as a very very long term and frequent aram player i can think of a few champions who need personal attention

Ziggs and Sona need some serious nerfs, and some bad champions should be made better so that dodging gets better. Stop messing with the items, the only one that matters is Warmogs and it needs a huge nerf.
Not sure they're gonna "balance" Aram, since they can't even balance SR. Maybe Aram is a bit simpler 'cause only 1 lane, no jungling, no proper laning phase, etc.. But it is also more unpredictable ("random" selection, no roles, fast paced...). And hopefully they're gonna spend some efforts on SR first, at a certain point.
But, yeah, some fixes to a few champions (to be removed, in case) and some kind of management of Aram-only accounts shouldn't be difficult. If only there were competent people out there.
Here's some things they can do to ARAM in 2019 -
Nerfs: 
If they want mages to not ruin ARAM Presence of Mind either needs gutting or removing from ARAM.
Maybe they can finally give a buff in base HP regen, base MR, and remove Warmogs.
To stop mages and to stop Warmogs from ruining the gamemode.
EDIT: Cut Presence of Mind mana by 75% and half the ult CD refund. Give ARAM aura an effect that lowers ult CDs though.
