A new sheen item request/suggestion

We have an armor sheen item.

We have an attack damage sheen item.

We have a magic damage sheen item.

We need a magic resist sheen item.

It could build out of negatron, kindle gem, and sheen. Maybe since locket no longer has an aura the secondary effect of the item could be a 2 second mr aura on attack or perhaps a reduction in MR on the target which could stack up to three times? Honestly, if the MR amount is decent the item wouldn't necessarily need a secondary effect . Just a suggestion for continuity with the rest of the sheen line.
