[Clarity] Xayah and Rakan do not have recommended items in intro bots

Oversight in bot matches - Xayah and Rakan do not have recommended items. If they are ever put on the free champion rotation this may be very confusing to new players (besides being extremely inconvenient even for experienced ones).
