It would've been a mess honestly.
How can you do a story based game with 130+ champions? and satisfy not only the fans of each champion but Riot staff members?
No one wants to play a game where they are forced to play a champion and go through something that wont appeal to them and they will just leave the story mode and just go back to the main game instead.
Only things I want LoL to step up their game is actually release announcer packs (and keep them), make more emotes (and keep them), Music themes, HUDs of LCS teams and champions.
There are arcade games for some champions. One discontinued arcade game i still play to this day is Blitzcrank's Poro Round Up.
