Shutdowns

When you kill someone who is so fed like 21/0/10 it maxes out at 500 gold. We have champs like Kat who will still penta that's the most you can get from a shutdown now. I say increase the shutdown to at least 1k so you can have some comeback mechanic. Say I have 5 kills or 100 my shutdown will be the same, so why don't we increase it because having a person at 4 items and you being at2.5 and your team managing to kill them should deserve more. This will also help players who if they're team feeds and only has 2 items while you have 4 to get another item so you. I say boost it to a majais price which will alow you actually to Cary games in the darkest of scenarios.
