Zyra's plants are idle

Happens so often now that when Zyra kills a target plants are attacking, they just stop and don't switch to other target that's in their range. It causes me to lose CS, a lot of planned harass on my enemy laner and often a wasted seed, because if there wasn't an enemy to harass, I wouldn't drop it in the first place.
