address klepto on ezreal nerf?
every champion that uses kelpto has to use a ability and then continue to use a auto attack
say brand casts w then has to auto
why should ez use q and get items because he isnt procing it with a auto

Ezreal doesn't get truly strong till mid game. He also has to sacrifice any front loaded damage early and use his safe farming range plus klepto to do ANYTHING mid game, and falls off hard deep into late game. Try again.
So he lands a skillshot and gets rng rewards? At least it isn't bonus damage. He would probably take Grasp if he didn't have klepto. Klepto is only good in lane and it's only good in lane if he lands Q's and manages the wave well. Also Ezreal's Q will always proc sheen passives and apply other on hit effects. It's what has made him so unique for so many years
Ezreal's Q is an auto-attack and a spell.
He cast a spell (Q), then landed an auto-attack (that same Q). The concept isn't really that hard to grasp.
Ezreal is balanced around the fact that he is a poke-based champion who is chucking auto-attacks as skillshots.
