Losing streak. Tips?

I just got demoted to S4. Was in S1. S1!!! I was this close to gold, but all of a sudden it started with a trolling tristana in promos and it went down from there. I don't play like 10 games straight, I take breaks, but from my last 12 games over the last week I've only won ONCE. Holy crap how did it get this bad. I basically undid all the climbing I did in the last year in a matter of 2 weeks. I dont want to be an asshole who blames stuff on their team, but every game is just a constant struggle of my team feeding their lanes, feeding my lane when I try taking them under control, and throwing when we have a lead. For some reason people are deaf and don't listen to pings either when getting objectives. I main mid lane, and I have been maining mid lane/jungle ap ekko whoch got me to s1. Why is this happening to me!? I really feel upset because despite all my efforts I cant hard carry every game like people say you should. I used to have a consistent winrate but now... I have 20%. I really want to get to gold so I can finally prove myself, so anything helps.

Just don't say stuff I already know, like "objectives over kills" or just play better. I consistently do the most damage on my team, ward the most, and go for objectives the most. I'm looking for real advice.

I play until I win tilt doesn't work on me I travelled from p1 to p5 three times Until I reached diamond it's all about perfecting your skill

Pick champions that have a higher ability to carry team fights

I check your profile Ekko can only pick off one target but provides more cc in teamfigt so try doing brand mid it's been working for you in 20 games

Ekko jg and brand mid

Unless you understand how to carry as ekko mid that's what I suggest

Improving lane mechanics and punishing enemy for poor decision

You need higher cs too

would you recommend playing ranged champs more? I play mid lane brand and it seems to work well. The only problem is I cant take down towers, which is something I really need in a champ. Carry/aoe/turret push. Its a lot to ask from a champion, and even though I know adcs are good at these things, I kind of suck at adc. Id rather go anywhere but bot.

I would stick with team fighting champs. In theory if you are actually better than the average silver player, split pushing you would be able to outplay people and push towers, however I've 'been there done that' with the silver fiestas and your team will not know how to 4-1, someone will engage 4v5 for no reason and they will all blame you for not being there every time guaranteed. "just group/we need to group" is the holy grail of low elo shot calling regardless of team comps, so you have to commit to team fights. My recommendation is to pick champs that excell at team fighting and can do safe consistent damage, basically be self sufficient.

It sounds all too familiar to me. I think the worst I ever had it was going 1/20 W/L. Some players have all the luck (at least 2 people I know can int all game and troll build and still win), while others just have to grind it out. I honestly have no idea how I improved my win rate, I just randomly started winning. One thing I did learn though is to work on mentality. Losing 12 games in a row is obviously going to be demoralizing but don't let the players get to you. If you can tell someone has nothing helpful to say don't hesitate to mute them. I've found the more I interact with people who are abrasive the easier it is to tilt.

As brand you can clear the enemy and take towers easier

Range are safer and don't have to fullly commit expecting your team to follow imo in silver elo

Take a rest. Its the best way. I dropped from g2 to g4, but now I'm back up to gold 1. Just take a moment and think what you have done wrong and how you can improve, and you would notice yourself on winning streak :)

Take a break and go play something else

You need a break.

Go play anything that's not ranked.

play the same champion per role only (if possible) and play the same role over and over and over. Do not switch it up every game. Just be consistent so you build a habit of what to do and how to do it (this means basically you improve timings and efficiency).
