You should grind until level 30. Jungling is pretty brutal without full runes/masteries.
People are going to tell you to start on bots. I say it teaches you bad habits, just be willing to lose hard a few times. Basically anyone can jungle. WW is a powerful choice as far as easy to jun goes. Yi also. Personally though, I started jungling with Xin back when I was new, and I do recommend him. Honestly, the best thing you can do is learn what the different smite buffs are and how and when to utilize them correctly. Jungling is definitely not my favorite or best role though so I wouldn't rely solely on my advice for it specifically. The best advice I can give you on league overall is this: It's just a game. Don't take it too seriously. Whether you win or lose holds no relevance to if you spent the last 45 minutes happy or miserable.
That being said, you'll be fine. I believe in you.
The jungle will eat you alive on your first clear without full runes and masteries. Once you hit level 30 go into some custom games with just yourself and practice jungling routes. Once you feel comfortable with you jungle route then you can go into PvP games. Warwick and Nunu are the two easiest junglers.
first a good thing for starters is to see what skill order, runes and masteries are frequently used for a champ in jungle (http://champion.gg/, gotta copy the pros).... for runes (always get tier 3 runes the others arent worth the ip) at least try having seal of armor it helps a LOT
easy and cheap champs to jungle
(meh ganks)
(you can gank at lvl 3 with xin, udyr, amumu)
always look for kills when you have your ultimate
be sure to have a good map awareness (wards, scuttler and especially pink), good and fast decision making is essential: while you're in the top side of the jungle, look at your top and mid lane to see if you can gank there, if not go to the other side, when you're there see if you can gank mid and bot... (there are some excepetions) but avoid going from bot side of the jungle to top lane, sometimes shit already happened and you cant do anything about it, but you can make something happen in closer lanes
and if you can, try to track the enemy jungler, counter gank is op
when closing in for gank, dont use your gap closer, first walk to the enemy, if the enemy use his gap close/flash to escape, you'll stll have yours and will be able to secure a kill
and youtube, both are junglers main youtubers

there is also trick2g, but i not into his style, basically you have to powerfarm a lot (like end the game with 10000 cs) and your team wil distract the enemy and you'll split push and "Open the gates", if someone try to stop you can try 1vs1 or run away like a chicken
You can use fiddle jungle for the dumbest sustain in the world
