New Needlessly Large Rod Item Suggestion

First a moment of silence for item 3128 and all AP Rengar s everywhere ...

And, we're back with the idea pitch for the new item 1058 item. I mostly play AP champions mid, eventually the Cassiopeia rework did work YAH, but buying a item 3140 to counter a Zed or Veigar (OP AOE stun is OP), seems really awkward as gives some MR, useless against against all-AD comps, and of course the active which is always useful. Therefore, I am suggesting the following new item:

Obi of the Renegade item 1058 + item 3140 + 450 gold combine cost = 3300 total gold cost

120 Ability Power 35 Magic Resist

UNIQUE Active: Quicksilver: Remove all debuffs. If you have no enemy debuffs on you, gain 25% MS for 5 seconds (80 second cooldown).

The ability power amount matches item 3089 and item 3157 and the magic resist amount matches the value for item 3139 . The active of course removes debuffs but I wanted an active where you could choose to use it when you are not being targeted or want to avoid a battle. Obi is a Japanese term for a sash(I'm not Japanese so I don't really know much more, it just sounded cool), and could be more colorful than item 3140.

Any thoughts?

I believe that riot isn't going to do this because item 3157 is the item 3139 equivalent. I want another rod items as I main mages I was thinking more a mana item that actually does something with ap, or a item that gives a mage a speed boost. My Idea would be combining item 3113 anditem 1058 so when you do damage with a single target ability you get a speed buff or (now this might be really op) any cast times are reduced by 10-5%

thats too OP mages already have Zhonyas. You want them to debuff a CC on them, run away get help from team and if ANYTHING ELSE goes wrong use the Zhonyas?
