Can we exclude some over powered champs in certain gamemodes (AR URF)

ok, I get it, it's a featured gamemode which lasts for an X amount of time. the point of the perks in URF is to make the game more fast paced than it already is, cool totally understandable. It's RNG (kinda), also understandable (kinda). some team comps from the RNG is really over powered and the game mostly starts off one sided, such as enemy team comp is RNG'd to all marksmen and the enemy is all melee, it's RNG (kinda) but understandable (kinda).

What's not understandable is why some champions have the lowest of cooldowns and do to the synergy of their kit in urf, makes them impossible to kill, only time they are possible to kill is if 3+ teammates help you out which is 75%-99% of the time not the case. A good pure example of one of these champs is Evelynn .

She's a prime example of some of the annoying champs to deal with in urf. one of the main problems with her is obviously her cooldowns, but also the itemization you have to build. if you're having a hard time with her, you go MR (obviously). But because you're building mostly mr, the rest of the enemy ad champs can insta kill you whether you're a tank or not. don't build MR or build a hybrid of both, then you'd die to her regardless, the amount of MR wouldn't be enough. and due to the fact she pushes you back, you can't farm (yes people farm in urf) or even kill her. Don't let her squishiness fool you, unless if you're already fed enough where you can 100-0 her, you don't stand a chance.

I'm sorry for ranting about her in a gamemode that rarely happens, but it gets really annoying when the loading screen already gives you your odds of winning or losing from 1 champion. again, sorry
