Can people start using their brains when using this item? This Item is not use for free gold and minion thing... Learn to use it already what is the point using your stacks to farm when you both are full health and just pushing the lane towards the enemy for a free gank... Use it when you are low health so you can get a heal...
If you're using it solely on just for the healing, you're going to become really useless during the mid-late game since you didn't transformed your Sightstone passive fast enough.
I usually like to keep it at one charge down from max. This makes it so I'm using it on cooldown and I don't fall behind in gold but I still have charges left over for healing if needed.

You seem to don't get the point yes you need to use it for xp and gold but the point is that some supports literally use it when they get to lane and then the lane is pushed open for gank and If you start trading with the enemy they can heal by It while your support has 0 stacks on the item and the lane is probably still pushed if the enemy can freeze
