autofill makes queue times longer

if you add people dodging the queue times are longer, + the actual people who get autofilled most of the time dont know how to play the role they were autofilled in obviously. i dont really mind waiting 5-15 minutes for a game (silver) knowing that my teammates got the role they wanted and nobody wont most likely dodge because they have the role they selected rather than queueing, getting inside a game in 3-5 mins, the match fails because someone dodges, you quickly have another game, like 1 second after, you still have your role but someone else dodges because they dont have the role they wanted, so the match fails again you get another fast queue and you get autofilled as support. that's so irritating it's almost impossible not to dodge, especially at the lower levels we are improving, i am silver but i got the game in october so i still need time to improve etc, if i dont select support i just dont want to play it, why cant you make a separate queue for fixed roles but with a longer timer rather than this "quick" one with autofill, i just dont like it, everytime i encounter people they dont like it as well, the bot lane is always feeding with the support that doesnt even know what's going on because 90% of the time he's autofilled. in my eyes this system doesnt work and the old one was much better

To be fair, dodging in of itself, isn't okay either, and should probably come with heftier penalties, especially for repeat offenders.

But you really can't compare that without some other way of dealing with the Bottle necking affect. You can't maintain an extra 5 minute wait time, just to guarantee the desired role. Perhaps more so at peek hours because their will be a horrendous line for people waiting to play a particular position.
