Jungle ideas

Bring back Spirit Stone or an iteration that is like it. This item single handedly opened up the jungle to many more junglers than ever before in League of Legends history. Perhaps it is the 3rd tier to the build path. The numbers would need to be tweaked, but the amount of sustain would help greatly.

Define, very clearly, minor and optional objectives instead of blurring the lines. Scuttle is not, in function, an important objective. So then why is there so much priority put onto it? It's not inherently important for your team but you simply could not let your enemy have it.

If early jungle pressure was too great, increase the damage or Rate of Fire of primary lane turrets so that diving would be a chore until first turret was down. This gives laners a refuge.
