Why is ARURF not even random?

So i've played approximately 20-ish if not more urf games today, and I've seen almost the same 30ish champs. What? Isn't this supposed to be random riot?

Because that sure isn't what it seems like. And from what I've heard, I'm not the only one noticing

Roll a dice a few times. Did you get each number consecutively?

Random chance doesn't mean you will get a different result each time. Not to mention there are variables that can throw off perceived random chance (like accounts made specially for ARAM/ARURF) or a large portion of people owning a certain champion or just RNG being in their favour.

Its the same problem ARAM has. ARAM is not really randon. It will priortize rolling certain champions, most noticiably free ones, over others.

People have been saying the same thing about ARAM for ages. Many don't realise that the chances largely depend on how many people own each champ, and the reroll system.
