Leaver Compensation please

When your team leaves... i mean like 3 of the 5... it really makes for an annoying situation....

could we PLEASE get some kind of leaver compensation?

example

  • goldrate boost
  • 10% stat boost
  • bot replacement
  • substitute summoner (allows another player to take their place)
  • redrover (in 5 v 3 situation, even the teams)
  • any combination of the above

it usually makes for a boring 'wait for 20' situation... so yeah... those are just some ideas, if u got ur own feel free to mention

Well the only problem with this is that people would abuse it. Have a support afk and get buffs to snowball into late game then have the support come back could be a bit overpowered. Bot replacement could be nice but the bot will most likely feed a bit which may be less beneficial sometimes. The redrover one is interesting but determining who leaves may be difficult.
