Nearly never played Shen or vs Shen. But if i do, his new Q does sooo insane dmg. Nearly impossible for other melee toplaners to trade.
Either increase his CD (and yes i know is lowered if the blade goes through u) or nerf is %-dmg bullsh*t.

Honestly now, Shen does not need nerfs in any way. He´ll most likely receive a buff with the MSVU.

lol did you even read my comment? Or are you just too low level to understand what I meant? Shen has a hard time last hitting without using his Q, this gives you 2 ways to play the lane. One is shen is going to hold onto his Q and try to use it solely for trading against you, in this scenario you just push him under turret, he isn't pushing what so ever so as long as you have any form of pushing ability you can shove him in pretty easily. The second scenario is that he is using his Q to make sure he gets last hits, this gives you trade windows, go in as soon as he uses the 2nd / 3rd auto from his Q and trade at that point. If you push him under turret even with his Q ability he wont be able to cs perfectly which creates a farm advantage in your favor, which means you have a lead in gold and are winning your lane. Like yeah if you are melee and you walk up to him as he hits level 2 and he taunt Q's you you are going to be punished, but that's because you misplayed.
