Bring back greater vision totem!

I don't care even if it's brought back as a "late game item which can only be bought at level 18,just bring it back! This is not just because of assassins like can pretty much murder any of your teams squishies once they get alone for just a little bit without there being much that can be done about it once everyone get's 6 items(even though I have not dealt with that problem yet myself,I still think this is not right).It's also because we are expected to deal with enemy vision at late game(which are going to be all stealth wards placed all over the map by once everyone learns how good this item is) is using only which is downright downright ridiculous considering the quite high cooldown it has(75 seconds!).
