Jhin's interaction with Runaans

Now we all know that He gets the same two bolts per attack as every one else. However his 4th attack is what I have a question about.

Now before I ask the question I am going to say Is probably not a core item or even efficient on Jhin.

Ok now the question. On Jhins 4th auto attack He deals some bonus damage = to 25% of their missing health. Does this apply on the bolt from Runnans? His fourth auto also always crits and this is applied to the bolts from Runnans now that they can crit.

Does anyone have a definitive answer for this interaction?
