What am i supposed to do?

if you look at our team comps, look what each side has to offer, i ask you this, what am i supposed to do as a veigar with a stun thats worthless against an ulting sion and hecarim that go clean through it while our riven dies going 1v3? I dont do damage to these 2 without peel, which for the entire game our team would never do and jhin and i would always get run down while the riven would rage at us for not following. I ask, WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO????
