Leona question: Is Eclipse considered a shield?
The wiki says it grants bonus armor, but the wording never says shield. Is it just considered a stat buff and not a shield? I just want to know if Eclipse benefits from running the mastery Runic Armor.

nope.
It's an buff to Armor and MR, shields are only the white parts of your HP bar.
Leona does not benefit from Runic Armor. Her W is a flat stat buff. Shielding as far as the mastery is concerned refers to anything that adds temporary HP, up to and above your max. Leona's W doesn't change her HP.
This is a good question. Although, the in game animation for it certainly looks like a shield.
