Is... is this a feature? I'm not sure if this should go in a bug section or not.
EDIT: no afk on my team, and Yasuo was the first player on their team (so bot lane) EDIT2: nobody was afk, but the Blitzcrank was hiding in a bush for early part of the game, not getting any gold or xp. This might be the reason.

Sairek Ceareste2 votesI've seen his happen a lot of times. Not just in base either. Sometimes they will just freeze in lane.
The bot I've seen it happen the most is Karthus bot (he just gets stuck with his E active for some reason), but I've seen it happen to all of them. They may eventually move again when something triggers them to move again for some reason (like: "Oh, I am going to change lanes!")
It basically boils down to the bots being one of the weakest AI's I've ever seen in a video game. They're very spaghetti-coded and Riot doesn't really give a care about them.

DragonMastaWolfy1 votesThey do this when someone is solo laning in a duo lane because of something such as a jungler or a player just wandering for whatever reason, because 1v2 throughout the laning phase just isn't fun even if the enemy is brain-dead easy.

50000000000000001 votesBots do go afk for an afk player (I've seen up to two happen), but not for a player that's jungling. Jungling just means top lane is a 2v1 lane.
