So what's going on with Wukong? (State of his "rework")

So Wukong was getting a mini rework, and his mini rework even landed on PBE like 2 weeks ago but was instantly pulled I'm assuming due to a game breaking bug with his Q which would do thousands of damage at level 1 and one shot basically everything...

But that was like 2 weeks ago, and he still hasn't been put back into PBE, which sucks because I was eagerly waiting for that one, would it be possible to get some insight on what's going on? I tried searching a bit about it but didn't find any details...
