Why is Fiora still a thing?
I win Fiora early in lanne fase, then mid game she proceeds to oneshot me as a Riven 3/1 while she's 1/3 Does that even makes sense???????

Considering you're playing Riven she probably outplayed you by using her W to stun you. In a Riven vs Fiora matchup you have to bait out her spells which is harder than in most matchups. Her w is on a high cooldown early game and mid game it's somewhere near 17 seconds so if you do a e w q combo and use the last 2 q's to escape and make her waste her w then you can go in again on her without her having her W.
Fiora has outplay potential and scales really well into the late game. Also phase is spelled with ph
