Malzahar and LeBlanc for mid. Katarina isn't noteworthy at dueling, take her off the list. She's more geared to team-fights than duels, and is pretty weak without her passive.
Vayne for ADC. She's one of the best duelist in general. Also take Jinx off that list. Jinx is good at seiging, she's not noteworthy in 1v1s.
Blitzcrank is also a fairly underwhelming duelist. He's considerably more useful with allies than he is alone. Duelist support would be more a damage-heavy sudo-support like Karma or Annie IMO.
As for top and jungle - best duelists tend to be the worst team fighters. Almost every assassin and fighter is a pretty capable duelist, and almost every fighter will win a 1v1 against any champion that isn't a fighter. Pretty much anyone you take top-lane is a solid duelist by default. They're in the furthest lane from dragon control, they're in a solo lane, chances are they're by themselves more than any other lane position. Split-push tactics are also generally a way to force a member of the enemy team to duel you.
PvE generally means solid dueling in regards to junglers as well, any clear-speed jungler is usually going to be a solid duelist. Any jungler capable of jungling with no runes, masteries, or leash is going to be top dog there. Udyr and Warwick for sure are in that.
