Gold + balance forums?

Low elos don't understand this game, therefore it's hard to have an actual conversation about balance when a bunch of people who have no idea what they're doing will flock to your thread and post nonsense. It's like allowing people who fail basic math to attempt to talk about algebra, they're just going to say nonsense.

Gold isn't even hard, if you can't at least hit gold it's a combination of terrible mechanics, and absolute zero game knowledge.

There's a reason why almost no high elo players use this gameplay section anymore. The second a diamond player tries to make a post and have an actual discussion about balance silvers flock to the area to talk about how OP is because she killed them while they stood still.
