Whats The Point Of Mana Items When We Have Mana-Flow and Presence of Mind?

I dont see the point in buying items like when you can just get Mana flow/Presence of Mind and never have to worry about mana in lane.

Manaflow is on a 75 sec CD, it's really just there to help you until you get your mana item done.

Manaflow and Presence do not sustain mana at a rate even close to being able to compensate for mana costs. They effectively are one free spell here or there.

Agreed, this would be on the same terms of complaining lissandra and nunu do not need mana items because of their passives.
