I don't know the full mechanics of it but my friend was playing sejuani and was stacking armor against the enemy team, but when he would ult her, it would reduce her armor down to -1 armor.
I believe this is because he steals her original armor so the when the passive breaks it causes her armor to be reduced drastically to nothing.
This is so very busted and should not work that way.

Hard counters exist. And it's not a broken interaction at all; Trundle steals the resistances when her passive is up, but Subjugate doesn't adapt it's values based on how the victim's armor continues to change. If Trundle ults a Tank, and then that Armor gets reduced by Black Cleaver, it doesn't mean Subjugate is suddenly worth less Armor.
Live with it and play around it.

Boi, that is what we call a hard counter. I'm afraid the only thing broken is your mind over how something as natural as that exists in the game.
