You can't dodge her harass. You can't harass her because she'll just heal. You can't all-in her because you'll just get rooted. What can you do to counter her??? Nothing. This champion is extremely poorly designed. She is way too safe while being way too easy to bully. As a long rang poker should not have any sustain. That healing is totally out of place and should be removed.

Like with just this description alone, you could be talking about Sona, Nami, Senna, Yuumi...
You can very easily dodge her harass, the only thing that you cant is her AA, just like most AA's
She's super easy to all in, she has very low base HP so if you're someone like naut/blitz/pyke/thresh/brand/etc you can either grip her in for a kill, or just blow her up yourself
She isnt over powered. She might need some adjustments but not over powered.
One of the few things that I find is very awkward is why she has a stronger heal than nami while also being able to deal a lot of poke damage. Riot needs to give her a more clear identity because it does make picking Nami near pointless if Senna is open.
If you want over powered, that would be Nautilus. I wouldn't be too quick to make changes to nautilus though because preseason will be here in a few days and it can potentially shake up the meta. It would be nice to have other supports back in the meta again instead of Nautilus, Leona, or Blitcrank every game. If it isnt those supports, it is going to be Senna cause she is new or a mage.

Would be nice to have real Supports back in the position. They just feel horrible to play because if you are vs a poke lane, you dont do anything at all. Especially since your adc will likely fucking pick Kaisa, Ezreal, or Jhin.
Her root is one of the slowest projectiles in the game, has a lower duration and a longer cooldown than most other similar roots, and the root itself is on a delay after landing. It's subpar compared to the CC of other supports. Dodge it or cleanse it. Besides, she's slow. Anybody with mobility can still engage on her so long as they save their mobility until after the root is out, even if they tank it. If you engaged on a Lux or Morgana, they'd have a much easier time getting away from you than Senna.
She's vulnerable to burst damage from enemies who can get in her face and to skillshots that need to be dodged.
Hook supports or mage supports demolish her, since she can't effectively trade while avoiding skillshots. Hook her and delete her or dunk her with a combo if she stops to attack. She'll need to either choose between living or contributing. She can't do both. She can only heal so much, and the heal is on a long cooldown unless she's constantly attacking, which means she's basically standing still. If you wait for it to be down before you engage, she's made of wet paper.

I've played as and against her a few times now and think she's in a decent spot. Only thing that could use more work imo is her ult, it literally tickles from the damage aspect. If they wanted it to shield allies and damage enemies they could have balanced that out just a bit more

From what I've studied on her, her ult is extremely weak in damage, so she's not really gonna be able to use it execute a tank. She's also immobile, so champs like Leona, Nautilus, Pyke... Pretty much anyone with hard CC and big engage are just fine against her. As for ADC, Cait, Ezreal, and Varus would deem sufficient against her. I'd say Varus for the most part, as his CC in his ult would allow for good engage onto her if jungle or support go in. Ezreal and Cait just cause they can farm from safe distance and additionally poke her if she tries to engage.
