-I suggest to give ivern an unique item, and they come up with that travesty smite that's on pbe right now. (Not counting that without red smite all the junglers that used to build it basically lose 20 armor and magic resist in 1v1s both alone and in teamfights against the target, not counting the loss of damage which on many junglers is ESSENTIAL unless we want to enforce full tank/supportive junglers and screw everybody else.)

-Swain right now can BARELY jungle, but god forbid we make him viable in the jungle as well. Diversity.

-Removal of the +20% potion which is essential on champs like Swain jungle and every low interaction waveclearing outscaling aoe mege (Spellbook+dematerializer+manaband, flask>doran ring for mana regen and 15+15+15 in order to waveclear)

+Update: i guess trading 5% cdr for that other new rune is a good tradeoff, not dramatic as i thought my b

-Swapping the 2 resolve runes the one that gives regen when hit and the +5% one that will fuck most supports and other champs in poke heavy/losing matchups allowing no counterplay and the outcome of the lane decided at champ select.
