Why isn't anyone talking about the Singed Buffs?

His Glue flip, where he flings a target into his Mega Adhesive, now has an increased root time at max rank. (2 seconds.) He now has Increased base Magic Resist (32.1), and scaling Magic resist!(1.25 per level). The Scaling MR is absolutely huge for him, as, since now, hasn't had ANY. And, the biggest buff, possibly the largest for him, is that he now laughs when he flings an enemy.

I haven't seen a single discussion about him. These buffs have the potential to shift his position in the Meta. So, why isn't it discussed?

Because his core laning pattern is toxic and non-interactive for his opponent. Just like Teemo Darius Nidalee Gangplank Fiora Leblanc Yorick

We call these guys, the "anti-fun" crowd.

I'll disagree with you on Fiora. You can at least play against Fiora before she hits 6.

Eh, Fiora isn't too bad right now, but her laning pattern still boils down to level 2 all-in with lightspeed gapcloser and just pray that you barely get first blood thanks to high HP regen and above average base stats.

True. But that's still a play pattern that can be played against, with CC, sustain, or even simply having more damage than her. It's nothing like the Melee/Ranged binarity of old Darius, the constant poke and spear-fishing of splitpush Nid, GP just wanting to do nothing but poke and farm with Q and eat oranges and b k, lolblanc, and fucking Yorick More-Spammy.

Because if he actually becomes good, they'll nerf him so people can play against champions that actually want to interact with them.

You forgot the ap item changes More mana and ap on RoA (less hp but he gets hp from mana) More ap on liandry's Wota is based on base damage so he won't need pen to heal with his poison He was hard enough to kill as a mage already

The Rylai's change helped him a decent bit too since his poison will now slow for 20% from 15%, a decent slowing effect.

He still won't be that great.

Better, sure, but still very exploitable right now, and too many champions that can counter him pretty hard.

I love the scaling MR... about time. I also like the item buffs, but there was one significant buff alone that will make him OP... THE FLIP LAUGH. Prepare to see a 3.4% increase in win ratings!!!!
