Naut is trash right now. This buff doesn't help him win any more games. Very few games make it to late game where this would matter and even when it would you are already on you're way to a win or loss and this won't turn it around or make much of a difference.

Oh yay I survive an extra aa from an ADC that is fed cause I'm way under leveled and couldn't gank in a meaningful way the whole game.
