if your running ad reds, armor yellows, mr blues, would it be better to run AS quints or Ad quints? Obviously it might be different for adcs like lucian and vayne, but advice would be much appreciated. runes on sale and I need to know If I should buy AS quints.

AD is better on caster and burst ADCs so it's recommended on graves, lucian, miss fortune, varus, etc.
Leaf of the lake1 votesI generally go by this rule: Am I playing jinx or lucian? If not, use AS quints. AS quints are incredibly useful for lane phase, making for easier harass between last hitting, and then they scale into late game too. Jinx has enough innate AS with her minigun I find she doesn't need the AS quints, and the extra damage helps with last hitting under tower. In lucian's case, due to the way his passive works, his harass is based entirely around abilities -> doubleshot, so AD is going to help with doing that a lot more than AS will.

Meep Man1 votesI use Armor Penetration. 22 Armor Penetration makes your basic attacks deal 22% more damage and negate further armor. It also helps with last hitting since its flat.
