2 Rune questions
Went into a custom game with no masteries as ryze to see something about runes. I was just running some tier 1 runes and had these rune totals: 3.7 AD, 4.4 MR, 8.7 Armor. What I wanted to know was if the tenths of each stat was wasted or not. In game, it showed me having 4 bonus ad, 4 bonus MR, and 8 bonus armor.
So it rounded up the AD runes, but rounded down the MR and Armor despite the armor being closer to 9 than 8. Anyone know the details behind this? Or some stats rounded up and some down? Going to do more testing in a minute but I don't own any other runes so I'm quite limited.
The second question is for my jungle rune page. Getting ready to buy a set of tier 3 runes for this and want to know why most people take MR glyphs over more armor. I see a lot of people taking AD marks, MR glyphs, Armor seals and either AD or AS quints. But since MR is quite easy to build for (
on AD champs, doesn't it make more sense to grab armor runes instead? The armor will make it easier to tank the jungle monsters for the first few levels, which means you'll have more health for the first gank or if the enemy jungler
invades before you expected. Thoughts?
edit: One last question
I see many ADC rune pages taking AS quints, while a lot of jungle rune pages taking AD quints. Shouldn't this be the other way around? The AS quints would be better in jungle since that provides a higher AA dps against monsters who you will be attacking constantly. Where as ADC, you're not constantly auto attacking so the AD quints would help more with trading and last hitting, right?
