Suggestion to deal with teammates who have high ping/ping spikes/Constant disconnects.

In the past most teammates would be able to see the ping of other teammates in the loading screen. This was suppose to help allies understand each others lag, but this feature ended up causing players to immediately act toxic towards allies with high ping and so Riot decided to remove it.

I propose a new feature that Riot should implement into matchmaking especially ranked games. Whenever someone plays with a friend, they would be matchmade with another enemy team with the same amount of friends playing together in order to make the game fair in terms of communication. Similarly, in ranked games, players with good ping should have the oppurtunity to play with other allies and enemies with good ping. Although there are many types of "lags" instead of just ping that can hinder someones gameplay, this feature would still make a big difference to help players with good connections get out of low elo tilting laggy etc.

I order to make this work i suggest that the client actively measures the ping of players in the game. The conversions to measure the average ping speed of a player could be every minute/second or any fraction of the total game. The average ping of each game is then also averaged in the players last few games. So if someone usually has ping around 100 or past that amount for say the last 5 games then they would be placed "out of the queue that low ping players choose in ranked games to not have"

However, if someone has ping spikes instead, then the game would also measure the "average amount of sudden ping frequency changes " and measure that with past games as well. So for example, if someone has greater than 3 sudden ping spikes in each game they play, then they also are not eligible to be queued up with the "fast internet players".

Same thing with someone who constantly disconnects, that is also measured and someone who usually disconnects either should have ping above 100 or is simply trolling.

An exception to this extra queueing system is that if you play with allies who have bad ping then you cant choose this selection as the matchmaking leader. Unless you play with allies who have good ping. This queueing system should also be longer to find matches since most players dont have a stable connection

To summarize these ideas, my point is that players who usually have good ping(like me) should be able to choose whether they want to play around high ping players "to be fair".
