Cannot connect to champion loading screen and cant start games.

I dont think this issue has anything to do with my connection or performance of my computer. I used a wired stable connection and I never have fps issues. This issue has only started recently a few patches ago and it happened a couple of times.

First of all this bug happens right after the champion select screen. I dont know if it only happens to me in the champion select but sometimes my game fails to load the champion loading screen right after the champion select. There are times where the champion select finishes and then theres a pop-up saying something that it failed to connect to the server but it doesnt mention anything about connection issues. Then it brings me back the client where I can play another match. This probably has to do with people dodging causing the client to have problems when loading. But i had another issue today that was a bit different. This time my game was stuck in the blank champion loading screen and there was a pop-up that kept on asking me to retry connecting. I kept on trying to reconnect but it didnt work so i just clicked cancel. So then it brings me back to my client .Now the problem I have is that Im trying to start another match but the client wont let me. Im litteraly pressing "start match" on all gamemodes and it doesnt queue me up. Theres not dodge timer,I just cant start a match and I also have a stable connection so I know it has nothing to do with my computer.
