Tower Destablization

As many people have pointed out, towers don't deal a ton of damage. Plus, with the change to inhibitor/nexus towers, having them kill Super Minion's is getting even harder. My idea to try and help deal with this is what I want to call Tower Destabilization.

#Tower Destabilization:

As allied towers take more damage, their power source becomes Destabilized. Destabilization causes the towers to fire at an accelerated rate, based on the tower's % missing health.

EX)

Tier 1-2 towers: For each 1.5% health missing, the towers gain 1% bonus attack speed, capping at 50% bonus attack speed.

Inhibitor towers: For each 0.75% missing health, the towers gain 1% bonus attack speed, capping at 100% bonus attack speed.

Nexus Towers: For each 0.50% missing health, the towers gain 1% bonus attack speed, capping at 150% bonus attack speed.

If I did my math right the towers should cap off at 25% health remaining. This way, now not only do the towers fire faster, and therefore can kill things faster, but it also affects these other things in the game:

  1. First blood tower: Although it doesn't change that it exists, this will make those tier 1 towers harder to kill, so the first JG to gank bot lane won't be able to just steamroll down the tower immediately after if he gets the double.
  2. Tower Dives: Somewhat to a lesser extent, but it's going to be harder to tower dive someone if the tower is shooting 2X as fast as it is normally.
  3. Tanking Towers: With this buff, when combined with the 66% reduced damage to towers when no allied minions are around. It's going to be hard to just send 1-2 people to tank that low health tower without some serious damage done.
