WHAT IN THE WORLD IS THE PROTOTYPE: OMNISTONE KEYSTONE!?!?!

This has to be THE WORST idea for a keystone rune I have EVER seen it is quite literally the most unreliable keystone to ever come out in this game. it is not reliable on ANY CHAMPION in the ENTIRE GAME! there is a reason why keystones were made so that champions who would use a certain keystone most effectively could use it in game to grant them a slight buff to the champion. but this keystone can literally be useless and unusable if one were to be unlucky based on its RNG based design. tell me in the comments what you guys think about this keystone and if you know any champions that could reliably use this keystone with it being the BEST keystone option for that champion. [zombie-brand-facepalm]

First, i thought it was a riot troll before reveal another secret new rune. Now i don t know so, i saw a LB who used it as well : auto atk based runes give her strong early trade and then she didn t need electrocute to destroy everyone with snowball ...

I think it has potential, definitely not super meta but not troll. I'd take anything over klepto though, fuck that garbage keystone.
