Losing more points than winning

I think I'm stuck in diamond V hell : I don't know if anybody else is experiencing this but I'm getting +9 -13 LP per win, occasionally it spikes to +18, but when i lose, i lose -23-31 There are times when in my match history, i have had several 4-5 win streaks only to be found at 40-50 points, One loss and I'm at less than half of what i started. The guys i'm vsing are diamond V as well, sometimes a plat 1 with a higher MMR/in promos. I am definitely winning more games than losing, as i have more wins than losses, however this back and fourth is sometimes discouraging, especially when win streaks happen more often . Is my MMR just bad? or am i just unlucky that I'm losing way too many points? I remember the times when I used to win a standard + 20-25 and would lose 15-20, so every win/loss sets me even. However at this point, I'm wasting alot of effort unless I go on a 10 win streak, which may happen but I don't think is needed to only climb out of one division.

If you're getting clamped at any level, then thats about where your mmr stands. If you have one particularly great day, play and win 10 games in a row, and raise up a level, the mmr-delay keeps you from gaining too much for a temporary win streak. However if you've improved, its really frustrating to play, but just takes time.
