A few Ranked/Normal suggestions

I am generally not a ranked match player, not because im awful at playing, but because of the sheer annoyance generated by all the things that can happen before/during a match to make a guy wanna ff20.... so i have a few suggestions that may help

1. Matches with quitters / afkers are forgiven to the players who are actually trying, but lose due to 4v5 or worse ... 2 v 5 (yes this has happened to me)

2. maybe allow players to select a pool of champions they would prefer be banned and then match them with players with a similar banlist in order to make the ranked matches begin quicker possibly?

4. Bench slots, for substitutes to join the game in place of the disconnected, restricted to the base as ghosts, they have the ability to tag-in by using a tag spell on the desired player which channels like recall, and is interupted if either player moves, so a willing player needs only stand still, and an afk player... well is already standing still lol.

5. Like the 4th, except in the case you have no bench players (like in the case your bench player even quits on you) you can message a friend to invite them in as a bench player during the game. Though this solution would take longer since they have to load up the game, its better than "OMG Akali quit! FF20!"

I mean physical sports has a bench, why not us?
