Could we make surrenders easier?

I'm tired of people using it as a crutch after they FUBAR the game so they can go do the same to another one sooner. I vote to get rid of it altogether, especially at low elo and maybe it will help promote better play. I understand keeping it for higher elo because at least those players know when the game is actually over.
The surrender votes that go 3/2 are very often winnable games though. The amount of times I was one of the two voting no and we ended up winning is more than I can count.
Yeah, now wait for the people who think their life is some Anime where they are the protagonist, and that you can win everything by trying really hard and beliving in the power of friendship or shit like that...
I'm just tired of duos trolling and holding the game hostage. I don't like 3 people ff, that's stupid. But is holding the game hostage reportable?
Surrender vote is fine as of now. I have no problem with the 4 vote needed to surrender. What i would like to change is the 5 voted needed for early surrender and just make the new surrender time at 15. Like pls if 4 people want to get out of the game then that mean it's over.

A two man premade can literally hold you hostage in the game.
This is a double edge sword for thing is, a lot of times three people on your team will want to FF far to early. and we ALL had plenty of times where our team wants to ff and we go "what? Fuck no. The score is literally 20 to 20, tied towers, this is anyone's game" and you vote no and thank god one more person said no as three people voted yes.
If we allowed it to be three people votes win, than everyone loss rate would probably go up by a whomping 15 percent, and im not exaggerating when I say that, I firmly believe everyone's loss rate would increase by fifteen to twenty percent.
While it's extremely annoying when you get teamates who refuse to FF, even when the score is like 0 to 50 no towers left on ur team, and u still got that one nerd who goes.
"WE CAN WIN THIS", I much rather face that, than lose games I could of won, and knew i could of won, that will put me far more on tilt than being stuck in a overly drawn out game.
Make the choice easier by removing the surrender, then nobody can disagree...
