Nunu is absurdly weak right now, lowest winrate on top and support, behind many "troll/offmeta" junglers, and how does Riot respond to that?

NERFING NUNU.. Worst of all, the guy only have 1 damaging skill, and with light CC.. riot nerf it's damage AND it's CC..

  • Damage lowered to 80/120/160/200/240 from 85/130/175/225/275
  • AP Ratio lowered to .9 from 1.0
  • Movement and attack speed slow duration lowered to 2 seconds from 3 seconds

They are insane!?

If you want to give incomplete information to bolster your nonexsistent point, it would actually help you to NOT provide the link that proves you left out the half of the abilty that got buffed

Cooldown lowered to 6/5.5/5/4.5/4 from 6 at all ranks Mana cost lowered to 70/75/80/85/90 from 75/85/95/105/115 Movement speed slow increased to 40/45/50/55/60% from 20/30/40/50/60%

MS slow ends up the same, cd reduction is useless once you factor in CD reduction (considering support CDR buff on the same patch), 25 less mana for nunu?? really, he has a passive that negates mana consumption..
