Talon nerfs?

Why the talon nerf? i think he is fair where he is at right now... especially when champs like zed can do the same thing he can do but WAY safer... also ahri is a better version than talon. only a nerf for him?? Lol. There are many champions deserving nerfs. fiora, jax, zed, and ahri but out of all those champs you decide to choose talon? Really?? Lol. Please atleast consider giving him something to compensate for the nerf.. higher base ad or maybe ult scales with cdr better. maybe e can do a little more % damage to enemies who knows but it will be sad to see him get a straight up nerf :/

... hes been at the 54% winrate for such a long ass timne, while in KR the winrate at diamond is insane

with low risk while his ult keeps popping up every 30-40 seconds 100-0ing adcs

the thing about talon is that he can do what zed does but about 3X the damage out put. If your playing Ashe and they have a Zed you can just build item 3140 and your good, but vs Talon he will jump on you and you don't have ANYTHING you can do. He will just go in invis with R then E-W-Auto-Q-hydra you WILL DIE. vs zed who HAS to land R-W-Q and hit all 3 Q's + 3 E's to kill you THAT fast
