OOF. game failed to start.

this problem is Really annoying! i was in a lobby 5 times in the past 25 minutes and the game wont fucking start!!! i get a message that says oof game failed to start or something like that and i have to join a new queue. why is this happening to me? am i being punished? i hope not because i didnt do anything wrong.. If this is just some silly bug i hope it gets fixed soon.

Edit: Its fixed now i hope its fixed for you guys as well thank you for helping me know what it is everyone

Also getting this message. I'm worried that the games are going on with me unable to join.

I've escalated the issue to Riot. Hopefully, they'll post an update to the Service Status page shortly. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks for the report.

I was getting the same thing last night. For me, it only gave me the error when i tried to play normal draft. It also did the same thing to the 2 other people who were playing on my wifi with me. Blind pick worked immediately after, so I wouldn't worry about games going on without you. I sent a support ticket last night. Haven't checked to see if it's fixed yet.
