Bloodrazor - Botr Build needs to be nerfed yesterday.

There is absolutely no way to beat this build with skill. no skill required just play the game and hope the game lasts, which usually does. Yes you can say just focus them and cc lock. BUT, you can't always do that and you got to consider their team picks as well. And no it's not only Yi who does it. He just does it better. Its broken and needs to be fixed.

You might think, they are squishy just kill them easy. Sorry but no. They can build tanky and still wreck with absolutely no effort and skill. I know i'm going to be flamed but idc, it needs to be handled sooner than later. Someone with more knowledge of it can explain better than I.

50% attack speed and 4% of the targets Max HP physical Damage on hit.

I dont know what needs to be nerfed but I do agree from my experience that its a very strong first item that can be built into more On Hit items.
