Honestly don't know what to do when I spoonfeed my team kills and all they want to do is go for clown fiestas while pantheon is taking our inhib.
I can do extremely well and it means absolutely nothing in silver. I can't move up this season.

Try to get from Silver 5 to Silver 1 in 10 games (after placements) and then get demoted to Silver 2 and promoted to Silver 1 like 20 times.
Didn't stop me from getting Gold in Solo Q.
This is why I stopped playing ranked in season 3. Now all I do is play like 20 games to get to gold and then call it quits unless my friends want me to carry them to gold as well in flex. Long ago, in season 3, I almost hit plat and then I literally had (and I counted) 14 afks on my team in a row. Not from me flaming, and in those days you couldn't remake when it was at the start of the game, and I get demoted all the way to gold 5. Never took ranked seriously ever since.
It IS a "real place", it's just that support apparently stopped being invincible to it. Now it's the same difficulty for everyone.
So far in silver 2 it's really easy, especially playing azir with a 60% winrate.
elo hell is not a real place, in this case, you can not really carry from support til gold when they listen to pings and stuff, best bet is to play a carry and carry a game.
The only constant in your games is you.
Quit blaming teammates and learn to win YOUR plays.
