[Teemo] Move-Quick Suggestion

to improve Teemo's utility, what if instead of the current W, it instead does an ability where Teemo runs in a straight line at a faster movement speed, but if is hit it is interrupted, like sions ultimate just a much lesser extreme and no collision or anything
