Gold III Looking for Duo

On the account, Teemo is Life. I only play Teemo. I carry almost every game, I was Platinum last season, but stopped playing ranked until recently. My win rate is low because at the beginning of the season, Riven was at her all time high, and I had a hard tilt of losses game after game. I stopped playing until the the last few patches, and have been getting back into ranked.

I know for sure I can hit Platinum on my own, I started out Gold V and have been winning consistently enough to jump from Gold V to Gold III through one promotional. I find the only games I have been losing are the ones where I am the only carry, and can't rely on my team at all. I'm looking for someone else who mains either middle, jungle, or adc that also has a tendency to carry games and is looking for another teammate to rely on.

I am aiming for high platinum, low diamond this season.
