people are going 10/10 in the new promotionals and getting bronze V People are getting... not 10/10 and getting not bronze V
I wonder what would happen if an S6 plat boosted animal went 6/10 in their promos. Would they be plunged into hell or would they be saved by a counterproductive safety net
xBushx1 votesIt's funny I had a friend go 9/1 as a Bronze 2 Last season...he played vs plats and diamond every game and got Bronze IV.
I went 2/8 as a Gold V player and got Silver V.
This actually made my friend quit lmao!!!!

xxxDogmanxxx3 votesMMR doesn't work like that during a soft reset. If you were Bronze last season, the highest division you'd be playing with in Ranked Placements was Gold last season. Diamonds can't do ranked placements with anybody below Plat.

xBushx1 votesThank you. However, I stand by my statement. You can in fact play Diamonds from last season....I haven't done placements this year....but I have a few friends. One of which is Bronze and I saw 2 games that I specced and viewed his opponents and he had unranked-Diamonds.
Also, I'm Canadian don't want to fight. Deffs not dishonest. I would not lie about this.

Randomonium1 votesAbout a 1 tier drop seems normal for anyone who isn't diamond or above. For example, if you were gold 3 last season you'll most likely wind up around silver 3 after the soft reset. Of course this means if you are silver 5 or below last season you're pretty much guaranteed bronze 5.
NMLd7sCNwe1 votesDo you guys know what a soft reset is? It resets your division and rank but your MMR stays the same so you still roughly end up where you were last season if not lower. I have been seeing these complaints since after the 2013 season it's not going to change

Theres really no need for placements, but they have them there anyways.

If a guy afks and trolls all the time he should have less impact than the guy who's winstreak you just ended
